Our residential services are designed to promote stability, independence, and quality of life while ensuring each individual’s daily needs are met. 🤝 Community Support Services

Our community support services assist individuals with developing and maintaining the skills needed to live meaningful, engaged lives within their communities. Services may include support with daily living activities, transportation, social engagement, skill-building, and participation in community activities. Each service is tailored to the individual’s strengths, goals, and needs.

🏠 Host Home / Life Sharing

Host Home / Life Sharing is a family-style living arrangement in which individuals with developmental disabilities live in a private home with a host provider. This model emphasizes close personal relationships, shared daily experiences, and a sense of belonging. Life sharing allows individuals to thrive in a supportive home environment while remaining active members of their communities.

🧾 NOW/COMP Waiver Services

Jimmy’s Magnolia Tree Inc. provides services under the Georgia NOW and COMP Waiver Programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. These waiver services are designed to promote independence, choice, and access to individualized supports that help individuals live safely and successfully outside of institutional environments.
